Wirescale.com offers web and hosting services for individuals, profit and non-profit organizations. The services may be accessed solely to maintain your web site and any optional services or features.

2. Registration

To become a member, you must complete the registration form with accurate and complete information as well as accurate and complete billing contact information.

3. TERMINATION

Wirescale.com, in its sole discretion, may terminate, cancel, suspend, limit, discontinue, and/or deactivate (temporarily or permanently) all or any part of the services and/or web site content with or without notice, if (i) Wirescale.com believes that you have violated or are threatening to violate these terms or other policy of Wirescale.com , (ii) Wirescale.com believes that you are trying to access to  services or other users content or information without authorization.

5. ACCESS TO SERVICES

We will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the quality of the service we provide is of at least prevailing industry standards, and that access to the web site is available on a 24 x 7 basis.

6. FEES

Fees are payable in Canadian or US dollars. Users residing in the province of Quebec must pay a 7.5% TVP (TVQ) tax. All Canadian users, including Quebec, must pay a 7% GST (TPS) tax.

Based on your billing address, taxes are automatically added in your invoice.

7. CONTENT RESTRICTIONS

Without limitation, you agree to use the services and the web site only in accordance with these terms, and will not use them to:

a. upload, link, post, transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, discriminatory, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, objectionable or promotes such activity;

b. attempt to gain unauthorized access to the services.

8. BACKUP

Wirescale.com regularly backs up web sites content. We will make reasonable efforts to restore web site information. Wirescale.com will have no liability for any failure to back up or restore such web site information or any loss of such Information, data or transmissions.
